General program settings and user preferences.
To access the program settings, choose Tools | Program Settings from the desktop menu.

Spelling - Manage the way spell checking works and edit the user dictionary.
Survey Data - Determines where TPC stores your surveys.
Program Data - Determines where TPC stores program data like drawing templates, blocks, spell check dictionary, traverse groups, etc.
Support - Displays information about your computer and operating system along with tools to help resolve technical issues with TPC.
Desktop - Set the program skins, application look, tabs, font and more.
