The Legal Description report converts the traverse data into a legal description using the following rules.

In the Closure View you can specify the initial point and closing point for a traverse. If the travese includes calls prior to the initial points, TPC treats the initial point as the POB in the legal description. Area reported in legal descriptions are always from the initial point to the closing point..
