Use this command to rotate the survey, selected point or selected traverses.
From the Traverses Manager, you can rotate the entire survey or just the selected traverses.
From the Traverse View, you can rotate the entire traverse or just the selected points.
From the Points Manager and Drawing View you can rotate the entire survey.
