Tells the Drawing View what color to use for the profile (Lines, Labels, Symbols, etc).
Choose the line type and line annotations.
Font
Select the Font, character size and font style (Thin, Light, Normal, Medium, Bold, Heavy) you want to use for the line annotations you select.
Line, None
Enter the line type (dashed, solid, etc.) and width you want. Select None to turn the lines off.
Grade
Includes the Grade along with the line.
Choose how you want the profile points plotted
Font
Select the Font, character size and font style (Thin, Light, Normal, Medium, Bold, Heavy) you want to use for the point labels. See Text Objects for more information on sizing text.
Point, Description, Z, Y/X, Station
Sets the point label options you want displayed on your map.
Point = Point Label
Description = Point Description
Z = Elevation
Y/X = Northing and Easting
Station = StationsInterval
Choose an Interval if you don't want to label every point. Enter 2 to label every other point or 5 to label every fifth point, etc.
Select the Point Symbol and size you want.
None
Select None to turn the symbols off.
Browse
Select a symbol from the object library and add it to the symbol list. Once added, it can be used by any drawing in the survey.
Trim Symbols
With Trim Symbols turned on, the lines drawn between points will be trimmed to stop at the edge of the point symbols.
You can control the decimal settings for each traverse. Sets the number of decimal places to use for Distance, Direction, Elevations and coordinates.
This option is available only when viewing the Drawing Settings. It copies the current Profile Drawing Settings to each tagged traverse (the traverses that make up the drawing). This is an easy way to set all the traverses to the same settings before modifying the individual traverse settings to create the map you want.
This option resets the settings to the survey default settings. This option is only available from the Traverse View Drawing View.
You will return to the Drawing View and your new settings will be in use when you click OK.
Returns you to the Drawing View without applying any changes.
This option saves these settings as the survey default settings. These settings will apply to all new surveys and traverses.
