Use these settings to include a grid on your drawing.
Turns the grid on and off.
Sets the Color of the grid.
Sets the character Font, size, and Font style (Thin, Light, Normal, Medium, Bold, Heavy) for the text that labels the X/Y intervals. See Text Objects for more information on sizing text.
Determines where sides of the grid get labeled.
Sets the line width for the grid ticks and lines. The Lines checkbox turns dashed lines on and off between each of the ticks drawn at the X/Y intervals.
Sets the spacing of the grid ticks and lines.
Enter the amount, in survey units, to extend the edges of the grid. If for example, you want the grid to extend 500 feet or five stations beyond the last station in the profile, enter 500 for the Right value. The direction of each offset is displayed in the dialog.
By default, TPC extends the grid to the edge of the extents of the survey or profile (if you drag-n-drop the survey or profile on the page, TPC draws the extents with a dashed box). To extend just to the extents of the survey or profile, enter zero for all these values.
You will return to the Drawing View and your new settings will be in use when you click OK.
Returns you to the Drawing View without applying any changes.
This option saves the Grid Settings as the survey default settings. These settings will apply to all new surveys and traverses.
