Format

The format determines what data is written to the file.

WMF – this is the oldest format, dating back to Windows 95.
EMF – this format is current up to .NET technology
EMF+ - this format includes .NET and GDI+ commands.
Dual – includes both EMF and EMF+ commands. This creates large files (twice as large as either EMF or EMF+). Applications that read the file use the format they are compatible with and ignore the other.

Fills in the background with solid white color. If this option is turned off, the resulting EMF will be transparent.
