TPC allows you to work with True Bearings and project ground elevation when you do many of the COGO routines. Each COGO routine remembers whether or not you have selected the PLSS data options and will continue to work in PLSS mode until you change them.
Since TPC also does plane COGO, you will look for the Distance and Direction pulldowns in each COGO dialog.
