Page Layout Mode

Drawing View shows the portion of the drawing inside the page margins in white and anything outside the page margins in dark gray. This gives you the effect of working on a sheet of paper.

Choosing a Page Size for the Drawing

By default, Drawing View uses an 8.5” x 11.5” page in portrait mode. Your survey is placed on the center of the page and scaled so that the entire survey fits on one page.

If you are not planning to print the drawing, the page size probably doesn't matter to you. Drawing View will compute a scale internally, but you will not need to be concerned with it. You can still pan and zoom as needed to review your data.

To select a different page size,

Drawing View will redraw the survey on the new page size.
