Inserting a Fillet

The Fillet command inserts a tangent arc between two existing lines. The two existing lines must intersect, and are truncated at the ends of the fillet when the command is finished. The new line (chamfer) is inserted into the drawing using the current line type, line width and color of the Drawing View Format Bar.

To cancel the text command anytime before you finish, press the [Esc] key.

Upon completion of this command, the two intersecting lines are truncated to the ends of the fillet.

Hint

Use the Chamfer or Fillet commands with a length/radius of zero to trim two lines to their intersection.
