Copying Traverse Settings
TPC eliminates much of the busy work of drawing a survey by drawing each traverse with its own drawing settings. You choose the settings you want and TPC draws the traverse for you. If you have several traverses you want drawn the same way, edit the settings for one of the traverses and copy its settings to the others.
- Choose Tools | Copy Traverse Settings.
If the Traverse Settings
in the drawing are currently over-ridden, TPC will re-activate them.
- Left click any object that is part of the traverse that you want to copy the
settings from.ject in a traverse you want to copy the settings to. Left click as many traverses as you want. Each time you click a traverse to copy settings to, TPC redraws the survey to show the new settings.
- When you are finished, right click or press Enter.
You can also right click any object drawn by the traverse you
want to copy from and choose Traverse Tools |
Copy Traverse Settings. Now all you
have to do is left click any traverse you want to copy the settings to and right
click or press Enter when finished.
