Inserting Text

The text command inserts a horizontal multi-line text object.

If you choose Angled Text, move the cursor to the desired angle and left click again. Drawing View draws a line from the first insertion point to the cursor as you move it. This indicates the angle at which the text will be drawn.

The cursor changes to | indicating the insertion point of the next character you type.

To cancel the text command anytime before you finish, press the [Esc] key.

Pasting Text

If you have placed text on the Windows clipboard with a previous Cut or Copy command in any Windows applications (including TPC), you can paste it into the text as you type by pressing Ctrl + V.
