Updates the data in this view.
By default, TPC synchronizes views as you enter data. If you have turned this option off, or just want to make sure the view you are working in is displaying the data properly, choose View | Refresh in views or Tools | View | Refresh in managers.
Traverses Manager - rebuilds the list of traverses.
Points Manager - rebuilds the list of points.
Traverse View - rebuilds the list of traverse points in the current traverse only.
Closure View - recomputes the closure error, length, area, etc. of the current traverse.
Drawing View - uses Redraw and Regen to do specialized kinds of refreshing.
