Toggle this command on to display a light yellow background behind all Topo points in the drawing. Once the Topo points are delineated, you can right click any point label or point symbol and choose Topo On or Topo Off to change the Topo setting of an individual point.
To set the delineation color and choose other delineation options, choose View | Format View and left click the Delineate Objects tab.
