Use this command to translate the survey, selected point or selected traverses.
From the Traverses Manager, you can translate the entire survey or just the selected traverses.
From the Traverse View, you can translate the entire traverse or just the selected points.
From the Points Manager and Drawing View you can rotate the entire survey.
