Least Squares - Edit Points Dialog

Use this dialog to exclude points from the analysis and specify the precision of individual points.

This dialog displays the Z and Precision Z values only if you have selected a 3D analysis.

The points are sorted by point label, but you can also sort them any of the columns by double clicking the column heading.

Point

Lists the points in the analysis. Only points with a check mark are included in the solution.

Weight XY

These values affect the Precision Y and Precision X values shown above. If you are doing a 3D analysis, you will also see a Weight Z box with values that affect just the Precision Z values above.

Fixed

Set the precision of the selected points to Fixed. First select the points you want to modify, then choose Fixed.

Free

Sets the precision of the selected points to Free. First select the points you want to modify, then choose Free.

Precision

Sets the precision of the selected points to the value shown in the edit field. First select the points you want to modify and enter the desired precision, then choose Precision.

Include

Include the selected points in the analysis. TPC places a check mark in the box next to the point label.

Exclude

Exclude the selected points from the analysis. TPC removes the check mark in the box next to the point label.

Select All

Select all points.

Clear All

Unselect all points.

Invert Selection

Selects the un-selected points and visa-versa.
