To insert a gap in a drawing, right click any survey line or line label and choose Gap. The line and any associated labels will dissappear from the drawing.
TPC uses the 'Gap' point type to create a line break in a traverse. No line is drawn between the traverse point points above and below the Gap point. The gap affects all the drawings that include the traverse so that the lines and labels are not drawn in any of the drawings.
In the following point sequence, no line would be drawn between points 2 and 3 because of the Gap point.

This sequence might draw a line like 1------2 3--------4. Neither the line nor the line labels are created from 2 to 3.
