We run our own surveying and forestry business as well. Running our own surveying business has its effect on our products - *they're practical. You won’t find the pie-in-the-sky fluff like you see in the CAD demonstrations, where they spin a 3-D model in space. As surveyors, we don’t spin 3-D models for our clients – we do surveys. What you will find in Traverse PC are the tools you use everyday like downloading data, COGO calculations and drafting. The tools you use most are the easiest to get to and the easiest to use—everything is ‘built-in’. You never exit one program, switch to another then switch back when you’re through. Need to enter feet and inches from a foundation plan? No problem. Want to enter a compound curve or create a mid point or add a line table to a drawing? No problem. Our support technicians can set up an instrument and double angles with the best of them and our Learning Guides use real life surveys from our own surveying business.
